Trishla Jain
Trishla grew up in India and attended the American Embassy School – her worlds mixed the east and the west together to enrich her worldview. She majored in English literature at Stanford and learned how to teach English to high school students at Teachers College, Columbia. She is also a self-taught artist and makes huge, textured paintings inspired by the impressionist masters Van Gogh, Klimpt and Monet. She is a spiritual enthusiast – the path of self-realization has always compelled her. Yaoga, pranayama and meditation are constant companions in her life.
