Abhijit Jejurikar
Strategic Programs and Partnerships
Abhijit handles Strategic Programs and Partnerships, based out of Mumbai. He is a marketing professional, with 11+ years of experience in Brand Marketing , Business Development, Strategic Planning, Brand Operations, Content Development, Trade Marketing and Team building. Before joining INK, he worked with ESSAR and The Economic Times. Abhijit holds a management degree in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He is also a passionate musician, having been the founder and curator of Dharavi Rockers, a band of slum kinds from Asia's largest slum, Dharavi. The band has collaborated with some of the biggest artists across the world and has given more than 150 performances across India.

Godwin Dhas has wide ranging experience in the Tamil Film Industry, and has worked on film editing projects for movies, TVCs, soap operas, and relality shows. At INK, Godwin is responsible for all video and film editing, and serves as the Director of Photography for the INK Conference.

Lakshmi Pratury
Founder, Host , Curator
Lakshmi Pratury brought TED to India in 2009, when the first TEDIndia conference was held in Mysore. In December 2010, she curated and hosted the first INK Conference, in association with TED, which carried forward the momentum created by TEDIndia. Lakshmi Pratury brings with her a varied and rich experience that spans for-profit enterprises, venture capital and nonprofit organizations. Featured in the list of ‘100 Most Powerful Women’ by Forbes Asia in 2010, Lakshmi has traversed an incredible distance professionally.

Meghna Ashok
Program Manager
Meghna manages and coordinates speaker relations at INK. Initially she joined the INK team as an Events Associate where she helped with coordinating and managing events for youth programs. She was also involved in INKlabs and other brand outreach activities. Meghna holds a Masters degree in International Marketing Management from Leeds University Business School.

Executive Director - Operations + Attendee Relations
Nandini Ashok leads the internal and external operations at INK. She also manages the attendees for the annual INK Conferences. She is a specialist in Facilities Management and Operations, and prior to INK, she worked at Intel, Sasken and the United Nations (ESCAP-APCTT) with over 20 years experience.

A former model and auditor, Yamini decided glamour or the world of numbers did not cut it for her. After her masters in Germany she wanted more excitement in her career and decided to take up marketing in the digital world rather than being a number cruncher. And so she retiurned to the city she loves, Bangalore, to work with many startups like Lookup, Oh My Goodness.
