We have two openings currently, one for EA to CEO and the other for Fellows Program Coordinator. Both are full-time positions based in Bangalore.

Job Title- Executive Assistant to the CEO


Summary - INK is looking for an enthusiastic and spirited EA to CEO, Lakshmi Pratury. The position will requireproviding independent, pro-active and highly confidential administrative support in a fast-changing and complex environment where priorities must constantly be evaluated with frequent adjustments to the schedule.

Location: INK office, Bangalore (Indiranagar)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, meeting organization, travel coordination, and expense reconciliation (process expense reports including all supporting documents).
  • Maximize team's productivity by streamlining communication; track and help drive completion of key deliverables.
  • Read and screen emails, using judgment on priority, track and action for efficient and rapid response.
  • Coordinate and track internal, external clients and candidate meetings, maintain internal company meeting minutes and track leave logs.
  • Support direct company events and spearhead special projects.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Deal with highly confidential data on a daily basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greet, and provide logistics support for visitors and guests.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Must be proactive in anticipation of work requirements, perform with minimal supervision, and be innovative and able to prioritize in an ever-changing environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional assistant, with a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting executive levels(preferred, not mandatory).
  • Technologically sound. Strong proficiency in all communication tools: MS office, Google features, Skype, and Social Media applications.
  • Be proactive and operate with a high degree of independence, initiative, and good judgment.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
  • Ability to work globally across time zones with CEO who travels extensively
  • Must possess the desire to assume a heavy workload and to be able to work as a team member
  • Experience working in an environment where confidentiality and discretion are required
  • Demonstrate confidence and ability to anticipate problems and handle the unexpected on own initiative

Job Title - Fellows Program Coordinator

Summary - We are expanding the INK Fellows support team and looking for a Coordinator with experience in program management and support. INK Fellows Program brings together a young, global and cross-disciplinary community of path-breakers who we believe will be the shapers of tomorrow – by identifying 20 minds each year that are redefining their field of work and the world around them and accelerating their journey to success. The Program is an initiative of Ixoraa Knowledge Foundation, the non-profit arm of Ixoraa Media Private Limited. The ideal applicant should have experience in managing people-centric programs and a proven ability to lead through influence, ideas, and exceptional communication skills.


Bangalore (Indiranagar)


The position comes with the responsibility of coordinating a full range of administrative, oversight, and management aspects of the INK Fellows Program. The person will work closely with the Fellows, mentors, and key stakeholders, facilitating all Program activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all the Fellowship Program Activities. Take an active leadership role in scheduling and facilitating meetings
  • Act as a catalyst for Fellowship opportunities
  • Support both existing and new Fellows in maximizing impact by being responsible for Fellows engagement plans and checking/reviewing the Fellows work and progress on activities
  • Serve as a mentor to the Fellows and be the primary contact for all Fellows queries
  • Create sustainable and relevant programs to welcome new Fellows (Batch of 2019) into the INK community
  • Undertake major client/partner relationship management, fundraising, resource mobilization, and budget management

  • Proven ability to lead through influence, ideas, and exceptional communication skills
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in managing programs centered around collaboration
  • Self motivation, a passion to work with brand INK and hunger for consuming multidisciplinary content
