After your registration and fee are submitted, you will be sent a confirmation as well as relevant information for you to book your own accommodation. The registration fee includes a conference pass and lunch, tea breaks, and dinner from November 17th to lunch on November 19th, and is due in full within two weeks of successful application to ensure a spot at the conference. A basic cost estimate for accommodation for a single room is approximately $145 or Rs. 9500 per night inclusive of taxes, which will also include breakfast and wifi.
