ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
What is the dress code for attendees?
We would love you to dress smartly. Men can pack comfortable trousers, jeans, shirts and tees. A jacket would come in handy since the evenings can get chilly in December and there are two outdoor evening events planned. Besides comfortable day wear, ladies, do not forget to pack in the pretty black dress or the silk shawl for all the exciting evening events planned during the conference.
What is the weather like in Jaipur? Any packing tips?
December is a beautiful month to visit the Pink City, when the climate is at its coolest and most pleasant, although night-time temperatures can quickly plummet, feeling decidedly chilly at times and even reaching 4°C / 39°F or 5°C / 41°F. Therefore, if you are planning to venture outside during the evening, be sure to add a few layers, such as a heavy jumper or jacket. Foggy weather is also commonplace during Jaipur's winter months and can cover the city during some evenings.
